But already in the second game segment, such a stubborn struggle did not work out. The hosts resisted the powerful pressure of the "Torch" until the middle of the set, where then Dinakin and diagonal Korney Enns said their weighty word in the attack, increasing the gap from the ASK from 17:15 to a more confident 21:16. Such an advantage was enough for the Novourengoy to bring the set to victory 25:17.
Then the teams exchanged the won games again. And if in the third game segment, the decisive game for Nizhny Novgorod's victory after an equal score of 18:18 was the game on the block (two closed attacks of the opponent) and in the attack (two realizations of finishing balls). Then, in the fourth game, the ASC's attack sank (only 38% of the implementation in the attack), and the Torch added more in the serve. As a result, an equal score and the transfer of the game to a tie-break.
In the shortened game, the volleyball celebration continued.
