Kuzbass started the game powerfully – after attacking Dusan Petkovich to the floor, Kemerovo was ahead by 4 goals – 6:2. But by the middle of the game the situation had changed – 16:16, and after feeding Alexander Melnikov through, Fakel led – 17:18 and Kuzbass made a number of substitutions: they came to the court Slavi Kostadinov and Dmitry Yakovlev. Kemerovo residents played several goals: Inal Tavasiev scored in the center of the net, Roman Pakshin put a block (21:24), but his own mistakes decided the outcome of the game not in favor of the owners of the site – 21:25.
The second set was dictated by the guests – 24:26. Kemerovo residents had to be in the role of catching up – Stanislav Dinaykin and Korney Enns played out in the attack at the Torch, and the owners of the site made mistakes when putting the ball into play. It was difficult to kill the Novourengoy block – when Alexander Markin was covered, the gap had already grown to 11:15. Nevertheless, the Kemerovo residents did not stop fighting: Roman Pakshin connected from the back line, and on Dmitry Yakovlev's serves the score was even – 24:24, but again the "Torch" turned out to be stronger
In the third game, Kirill Fialkovsky appeared on the court and successfully entered the game – he immediately began to score points in attack and served an ace (8:6). In the opening set, Denis Cheresky also scored in the center of the net, and Dusan Petkovic was variable in the diagonal: first, the diagonal laid the ball clearly in line, and after a discount beat the opponent's triple block – 12:9. After the Serbian legionnaire's serve through, the advantage increased to 8 goals – 19:11 and on such an upswing, the Kemerovo team completed the set - 25:15.
There was an equal fight until the middle of the fourth game. Roman Pakshin served straight through, and Kirill Fialkovsky twice put a block – 4:3. The next few draws alternated between errors on serve and finishing to the floor on both sides – this continued until the score was 16:17, and then the hosts missed the game. Stanislav Dinakin brought the victory of the "Torch" in the match closer (points scored in the final game and serve through), Alexey Kovalchuk played great in the center of the net. Inal Tavasiev scored a passing goal, but Dusan Petkovic made a mistake when putting the ball into play – 21:25.
