Zenit head coach Alexei Verbov has fielded a fighting squad ahead of the Russian Cup final with Dynamo. Alexey Rodichev, a newcomer, appeared at the heart of the Surgut team.

Dmitry Krasikov still lost serve after a long series, but Volkov answered with an ace - 26:24. Dmitry scored 9 points for the set.
Instead of Deru, Mikhail Labinsky came out for the third game, but in the opening of the game another player lit up. Volkov immediately blocked Rajab, made two aces, scored from the edge of the net, scored from the back line – 7:4. Gazprom-Yugra also found a hero.
Korotaev provided his team with a powerful breakthrough with his innings (13:10 – 13:16). There is both an ace and a knocked-out reception. And the series would have continued if Christenson had not blocked Petar Krsmanovic's attack on a passing ball. Volvich leveled the score with Rodichev's block, and the guests' touch of the net allowed Zenit to lead.
