In all sets, Gazprom-Ugra tried to create pressure on the serve already in the opening game – due to the entry of diagonal youth YUKIOR Alexander Krasilnikov into the starting lineup for the position of central blocker. But the Surgut team got problems at the beginning of the match on Maxim Belogortsev's serves: Korotaev got stuck in the block twice on the allotted balls, 0:4.
The guests increased their superiority by the middle of the set, finding a victim in the reception in the person of Korotaev, 7:14. The hosts snapped: Krsmanovich surprised with a power serve, Rajab is accurate on the freeball, then Bogdan hits out, 11:16. Rodichev makes an ace (14:18), the game revives somewhat, but Dynamo keeps his distance. In the end, Maxim Kirillov's serve worked: first, Shevlyakov closed Vlasov one-on-one, then the central one did not realize the freeball, fortunately Shkulavicius "helped" by hitting out, 20:23. Konstantin Bryansky is forced to take a timeout and bring the team to its senses. It turned out – the diagonal Muscovite puts the point.
At the beginning of the second set, the Surgut team did not let the Muscovites go, and then took the lead thanks to the efforts of Rajab with the support of Rodichev in the fourth zone. Dynamo leveled the balance at 9:9 – and the "swing" began. Rajab implements two attacks in a row, 13:11, and then completes a protracted draw after Pankov's raised discounts and Shkulavicius's strike, 16:13. The second set is a benefit of diagonal Surgutyan: he rolls beautifully into the cauldron, but instead of 17:14 on the scoreboard at 16:15, a video review captures the transition of the middle line seconds earlier.
Pankov torments Korotaev again at the reception, Bogdan is accurate in finishing the game, 18:19. Nose to nose, the teams reach 22:22, Maxim Kirillov appears on the pitch and saves the ball in defense after Semyshev's attack, Obmochaev fights off the pipe, and Rajab's discount ends with a Dynamo pancake for the post, 23:22. In the third game, Dynamo turned on their signature serve with all their might, at the allotted reception, the Surgut team could not organize anything intelligible in the attack. In rare pre-game moments, they made mistakes themselves: Korotaev hit out twice at 10:17 and 12:20. Despite seven mistakes, Dynamo made the most of the risk when putting the ball into play – Gazprom-Ugra has only 18% effective reception per set. This is a verdict against Muscovites, Kirillov's ace did not help either (15:23), Semyshev also realized the first set ball with an ace.
In the fourth game, everything also developed under the dictation of the guests: 7:11 after Ace Pankov in Korotaev. Another mistake by Ivan – and Bogdan earns a point on serve, 8:14, and before that Shahbanmirzaev beats out and gives way to Rudnev. Surgutyan gathers Rodichev, gaining success in attack on experience and closing Vlasov with a block, 12:16. Dynamo decided for a while that the job was done - and got 16:16 after Pankov's non–obvious decisions and the opponent's successful play on the block. Pavel rebuilt himself and began to use the height of Vlasov's shooting, but the Surgutyan block does not let go of Shkulavicius: Bryansky is forced to throw Tsvetan Sokolov into the case (and the owners on the site Rajab returns). The rivals enter the ending on equal terms, 21:20, the fate of which is decided by Denis Bogdan. He scores an emergency ball on his hands and gives out three powerful serves: two aces and one freeball with Sokolov finishing, 21:24. Tsvetan's next attempt in attack leads to an out shot on the cable, 23:24, but Belogortsev is clearly removed on the third match ball.
