Team Sky has joined forces with Pinarello and Jaguar to launch the brand new Dogma F8 race bike!
The Dogma F8 will be debuted at the Critérium du Dauphiné and its major test will come a month later at the Tour de France as Team Sky aim to make it three wins from three.
The eighth generation of the award-winning Dogma range was designed by Pinarello in partnership with Jaguar, who provided their aerodynamic knowledge and virtual innovation centre to deliver this revolutionary model.
Working to fixed 'hard points' such as wheelbase and geometry, Team Sky worked alongside Pinarello and Jaguar's engineers to improve the aerodynamics of the frame profiles, and reduce the drag of every single component.
The research process brought about huge advances in performance and wind tunnel tests show the new Dogma F8 is 26.1% more aerodynamic than the Dogma 65.1 and 6.4% more aerodynamic when including a rider. The frame set alone is 40% more aerodynamically efficient.
