Easy, fast, delicious and gluten-free! This Raspberries Clafoutis is so French and perfect the whole world is dreaming to have some!

Here is a recipe that I like to make at the last minute, when people are coming over unexpectedly, or you have no time.
It's made with everything you can always have home: eggs, almond flour, sugar, whipping cream... Just make sure you always have frozen raspberries or cherries in the freezer, and you're the Chef!
And did I say it was GLUTEN FREE????

RASPBERRIES AND ROSEMARY CLAFOUTIS
Ingredients
6 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp rosemary (or more traditionally vanilla exceprt)
6 tbsp almond flour
2/3 cup whipping cream
1 pack of frozen raspberries or cherries (mini 12 ounces)
Mix together and bake at 400F for 25 minutes
