The Gophers' line of Dani Cameranesi, Kelly Pannek, and Sarah Potomak combined for four goals and 11 points as the No. 2 Minnesota women's hockey team skated to a 5-2 victory over visiting St. Cloud State Thursday night at Ridder Arena.
Pannek led the Gophers with two goals and added an assist for a three-point night, while Cameranesi and Potomak each tallied one goal and three assists for four-point efforts. Minnesota (8-1-0, 6-1-0-0 WCHA) also received a goal from Cara Piazza.
Sidney Peters made six saves on six shots faced over the first 47 minutes of the game before Serena D'Angelo made four saves on six shots in the game's final 13 minutes. The Gophers out-shot the Huskies, 38-12, for the game.
