Easy savory pie with Kale and Camembert for Bastille Day!

To celebrate Bastille Day I invented this savory pie with a typical French ingredient, camembert, and a typical American ingredient, kale. Did you know that kale does not exist in France? They are just starting to sell it.
I made this recipe with Cassandre, from Lovebites, after meeting with her and shopping at a cheese store in Beverly Hills (Check out her video!)
This is the perfect savory pie for Bastille Day or 4th of July or just... Anytime!

Details of the recipe
1 pâte brisée, shortcrust pastry
4 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 pound kale
1 tbsp butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup creme fraiche
salt and pepper
and 1 CAMEMBERT!

Sauté the kale in butter, then spread mustard on the pâte brisée. Cut the Camembert into pieces, layer them on the mustard, add the sautéed kale. Mix the eggs, the milk and the creme fraiche, add salt and pepper and pour on the kale and camembert
Bake for 45 minutes in a 350F oven
