Here is a French and perfect recipe for summer, so easy even my brother in law can make it : Tomato and mustard pie.
You just need awesome tasty French Dijon, tomatoes, fresh herbs and a pie crust. Try it and tell me what you thought of it!

Tarte à la moutarde
1 pâte brisée (recipe on the channel)
3 large tomatoes
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3 tbsp fresh herbs (mint, basil, rosemary, sage, cilantro... You choose!)
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Preheat your oven at 350°F
Spread mustard on the pie crust, add the sliced tomatoes, sprinkle diced fresh herbs, salt and pepper
Bake for 45 minutes

Et voilà!
