However, Elizaveta Tomashevskaya responded with two consecutive aces against Kamilla Rebrova, bringing intrigue back to the match, and Polina Kovaleva entered the fray. Both teams kept everyone on their toes until the very end, as is typical for the fifth set, but Enweonwu's accurate attack and block ultimately tipped the scales in favor of Proton Saratov, resulting in a 15-13 victory.
