Here is a video to show you what to buy at the Charcuterie when you travel in France.
A charcuterie is a traditional deli where you buy mostly pork specialties.
I shot this video while visiting my father in Montrichard, in the Loire Valley, and chose to show you two of my favorite things there: rillons and rillettes.
They are both extremely delicious. But be careful! Don't step into a war without knowing! French people can be very very touchy when it comes to talk about their favorite food!
