Où with an accent can be an interrogative adverb or a relative pronoun. Besides "where", it can also means or "when".
➡️ Où est ta sœur ? (Where is your sister?)
➡️ L'année où je suis née, ma mère vivait en Angleterre. (The year when I was born, my mother lived in England).

Ou without an accent means "or"
➡️ Tu veux un croissant ou un pain au chocolat ? (Do you want a croissant or a pain au chocolat?)
