Well he's overpowered. The most fair overpowered of the cast though. Unlike Mario, Luigi, Game & Watch, or Marth, Wario is actually fun to play. You're very strong, and it's actually a fair on a scenario like this one. 1 v 3, it works. I enjoyed it a lot.
As for his buffs, everything. He's stronger, faster, and gains height from his aerials. He's Wario-Man essentially, but even stronger. All around a good time.
