Poland after their win over Bulgaria in the quickest game so far at the 2021 VNL.

Poland advanced to 6-1 after beating Bulgaria in straight sets in just over an hour at the 2021 FIVB Men's Volleyball Nations League.

Asparuh Asparuhov (Bulgaria): "It's difficult to play at this level for us, but we have a lot of motivation and I'm sure that we are going to work very hard to reach this level in the future. It's very emotional to play against teams like Poland, because they are the world champions. There was some pressure, I cannot say that we played relaxed, because they are the world champions. It's not easy. Everyone wants to play well, but it's difficult."

Bartosz Bednorz (Poland): "I'm so happy that we won this game, because every game is very important for us and it doesn't matter who is on the other side. We enter the court with the same focus, with the same motivation. It's not easy, because every time we change the line-up, but it shows that we have a big potential and many great players, so we can change the squad and play almost every game with a different team. I'm so happy and personally I'm so excited, because finally I feel good on the court. It looked like an easy win, but only because we played very well and controlled the game."
