Check out Pharrell Williams' new video "Happy" and share your own HAPPY-inspired t-shirt design for a chance to win $500. and your design being featured on i am OTHER t-shirts sold online and in Billionaire Boys Club / ICECREAM stores. Two runners up will receive an i am OTHER logo t-shirt and a pill from Beats by Dre.

HOW TO ENTER:
