Canada bounced back from their opening day defeat to USA, storming Argentina in straight sets for their first win at the 2021 FIVB Men's Volleyball Nations League.

Facundo Conte (Argentina): "We know what we are going through. It's hard to find the rhythm right now. We have been in training in the last few weeks only and with few players. It's not an excuse, I know we have to do better. But I believe that after two years we are playing back together again and trying to find the rhythm. It's still a long way to go, we have 13 more matches to find our game and to be back to be Argentina and we will try to do our best."

John Gordon Perrin (Canada): "It feels great, especially after last night, when we had a very bad match against the USA and we had a lot of things to work on to come back to practice and get back on it and it's much better tonight."
