An ad made FOR kids. An ad made BY Kids. During the Summer of Innovation Camp put on by From One Hand To anOTHER, founded by Pharrell Williams, kids were encouraged to make an ad for the brand "FNV" in order to make eating fruits and vegetables more appealing to their friends. They came up with the idea and shot the commercial themselves in less than three weeks. Move over advertising executives, we've got some creative geniuses in the making.
In order to get kids to eat more fruits and veggies, we needed to make fruits and veggies cool. So, we decided to use the same marketing tactics big popular brands use. Enter FNV, the brand made up of every fruit and vegetable in the world. And since we want kids to eat more fruits and veggies, who better to tell us what they want to see in ads than kids themselves? So, we enlisted the help of kids attending the Summer of Innovation Camp to see what they wanted to see in ads and created a campaign with their input.
