Peter Mortell is a man of many talents. Minnesota's All-Big Ten punter is not only a social media aficionado and “2015 Holder of the Year” but also created 'A Very Specialist Christmas' program this year to raise money for teenagers at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital.
After surpassing his initial goal of $10,000 in just 12 hours, Mortell raised the bar to $25,000 as donations showed no signs of slowing.
In late December he visited a local Target store with cancer survivor Casey O’Brien to purchase holiday gifts for teens in need at the hospital.
