MINNEAPOLIS (AP) The Gophers fell to Iowa 77-75 on Tuesday night as DeAndre Mathieu's full-court drive for a layup at the buzzer was ruled a split-second late.
Jarrod Uthoff's pull-up jumper with 3.5 seconds led Iowa to the 77-75 victory.
The Gophers battled back from a 17-point deficit and took a four-point lead on Joey King's 3-pointer with 3:11 remaining.
