The No. 4/5 Gopher Hockey program scored six power-play goals to pick up a thrilling 6-5 win at No. 12/13 Ohio State on Friday night at Value City Arena.
Minnesota (18-8-2 overall, 9-3-0-0 Big Ten) went 6-for-10 on the power play with two goals from Vinni Lettieri while Brent Gates Jr., Justin Kloos, Jake Bischoff and Tyler Sheehy each added a goal of their own in the victory. Steve Johnson tallied a career-high three assists while Kloos and Sheehy each added two assists to their power-play goals.
