Here's how I make Brocoli @ aglio e olio pasta. Sounds italian? Well... I'd definitively say sounds GOOOOOD!
For those of you who never know what to cook with leftover pasta, this recipe is perfect, French and perfect!
Try to choose smaller heads broccolis. I recently interviewed a scientist in Texas who explained that the smaller the veggie (and fruit!) the more nutritious ingredient and vitamins in it.
