Because cooking should be easy, and preparing a good meal as quick as possible (I don't know about you, but I have plenty of other stuff to do), here is another French and perfect recipe in less than one minute. OK, sometimes it takes a little longer, but it's always good!

Here's how I make Brocoli @ aglio e olio pasta. Sounds italian? Well... I'd definitively say sounds GOOOOOD!
For those of you who never know what to cook with leftover pasta, this recipe is perfect, French and perfect!

Try to choose smaller heads broccolis. I recently interviewed a scientist in Texas who explained that the smaller the veggie (and fruit!) the more nutritious ingredient and vitamins in it.
