Mitch McKee is one of the Gophers’ best returning wrestlers in 2017-18, and he is only a sophomore. While in high school Mitch's father, Steve, was diagnosed with cancer and Mitch dedicated his 2014 season to winning the state championship for his dad. The Gopher Wrestling family came around the McKee family and now several years later Mitch and his brother continue to excel as they remember their dad.
