Beach Soccer Conditioning And Ball Training - Joga Bonito

We made a beach soccer team called "Joga Bonito", for the ones that don't know, Joga Bonito means "Play Beautiful" which is an old soccer compilation that went viral on the internet of the beautiful game of soccer. We chose this name because we play at the Joga Bonito status, especially, after making the final in our first season for our league. We are preparing for 3 beach tournaments this summer in California before starting back our beach league. This is our first recording for our beach sessions with many more to come. If you are ever in the area then feel free to let us know and you can join sometime.

Full Session:
15 minute warmup w/ stretching and team juggling
10 sets of long with w/ lunges back
10 sets of sprint back and forth
10 sets of "diagonal" jog, sprint, jog, sprint
10 sets of vertical jumps w/ lunges back
10-15 sets of 1v1, as soon as you attack, you then defend
